- Communications: Messages exchanged between customers and providers via our in-app chat system.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, and interactions within the platform.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and browser information.
- Push Notification Tokens: Expo push tokens for sending service-related notifications.
2.3 Payment Information
We use Razorpay as our payment gateway for provider subscription plans. We do not store your card numbers or UPI credentials on our servers. All payment transactions are processed and secured by Razorpay. We store only the payment status, order ID, and plan details for record-keeping.
⚠️ Important: Payments for services (e.g., a customer paying a provider for completing a job) are made directly between the customer and the provider offline (cash, GPay, etc.). AmbrionServ does not process or hold these payments.

- To process provider subscription payments via Razorpay.
- To enable real-time chat and booking communication between users.
- To send push notifications for booking updates, chat messages, and service alerts.

4. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services to operate our platform:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication – phone number and email-based login.
- Cloudinary: Secure cloud storage for profile pictures, portfolio photos, and videos.
- Razorpay: Payment gateway for subscription billing.
- Render: Backend server hosting.
- MongoDB Atlas: Cloud database for storing user and booking data.
Each of these providers has their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them. We only share data with these providers to the extent necessary to deliver our services.

We collect your device's GPS coordinates to provide location-based matching. This data is used to calculate the distance between customers and providers. You can revoke location permissions via your device settings at any time, but this will limit discovery features.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
