AmbrionServ – Subscription terms and refund details

IMPORTANT NOTICE

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies only to subscription fees paid to AmbrionServ by Service Providers.

AmbrionServ does NOT process payments between Customers and Providers. All service payments (e.g., paying a makeup artist after a session) are made directly and offline between the two parties. AmbrionServ has no involvement in, and therefore no refund responsibility for, those transactions.

If you have a dispute about a service payment with a provider, you must resolve it directly with them. AmbrionServ may assist in mediation but is not obligated to do so.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

Provider subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Elite) are billed monthly/periodically through Razorpay. All subscription fees paid to AmbrionServ are strictly non-refundable.

No Refunds Under Any Circumstance: Once a subscription is activated, upgraded, or renewed, no refunds (partial or full) will be issued, regardless of whether you actively used the platform features or not.

3. Subscription Cancellations & Downgrades

While you can cancel your subscription plan at any time to prevent future billing, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your paid features until the current cycle expires.

4. How to Report Billing Disputes

For duplicate charges or technical billing errors, please follow these steps:

Email us at support@ambrion.in with the subject line: "Billing Inquiry – [Your Registered Email/Phone]"

Provide the following details:
  • Your registered phone number or email address
  • Razorpay Payment ID (visible in payment confirmation)
  • Date of payment
  • Description of the double charge or technical error

Wait for review. Our support team will investigate the duplicate payment within 3–5 business days.

Credit processing. If a technical double-billing is confirmed, the duplicate amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Booking Cancellations

Since payments for services are made directly between customers and providers, AmbrionServ does not process or manage booking-related refunds. However, we encourage the following best practices:

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@ambrion.in before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

Warning: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback against a legitimate AmbrionServ subscription charge may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

We take all disputes seriously and will work with Razorpay to resolve legitimate cases fairly and promptly.

7. Changes to This Policy

AmbrionServ reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
